Business Terms

These terms and conditions govern the cooperation between Ladislav Mihálik, a natural person - entrepreneur, who provides services under the name WEBISTHEKEY (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"), and his clients. By using our services, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
Scope of Services
Provider specializes in website development, web design, website updates, CRM systems and web applications. The exact scope of work is defined in individual agreements with clients.
Communication
All official communication, including project details, feature requests, approvals, and modifications, must be conducted exclusively via email. This ensures clarity and provides a written record of agreements.
Project Terms & Delivery
- The estimated timeline for each project will be provided after assessing the client's requirements.
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., late responses or missing information) may impact delivery dates.
Payment Terms
- Pricing is determined based on project complexity and client requirements.
- Payments are made according to an agreed-upon schedule (e.g., upfront deposit, milestone payments, final payment before project handover).
- Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide clear and complete requirements before work begins.
- Any changes requested after project approval may incur additional charges.
Revisions & Modifications
Minor revisions are included within the agreed scope. Significant changes or new feature requests will be billed separately.
Warranty & Liability
- We guarantee the proper functioning of delivered projects according to agreed specifications.
- Any bugs or errors reported within 30 days after project completion will be fixed at no additional cost.
- We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, hosting providers, or client-side modifications.
Intellectual Property
- All websites and applications created by the provider are built on its own system (framework).
- The Client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the supplied website or application.
- The source code and technology remain the property of the Provider unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The Client may not modify, copy or resell the source code without the express written consent of the Provider.
- The Provider reserves the right to present completed work in its portfolio unless the Client requests confidentiality.
Termination of cooperation
- Either party may terminate cooperation with written notice if obligations are not met.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be determined based on work completed.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Business Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be modified accordingly.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia.
